new look for line of macaroni and cheese dinners for the Bi-Lo® brand

This piece was a project I worked on during my days at Image Arrangers. I was in charge of creating the new "Kraft inspired" typography, creating the dielines, placing and retouching the photos, checking the nutrition facts to make sure they were up to government standards, and editing when necessary. This project's overall goal was to accomplish a package that more closely resembled the packaging of their competitors. I was told to recreate the title of each box, Overall, the project was a success.

One thing I will say. As a designer, you come to realize, it is truly "all in the packaging." You can put two identical products side-by-side, and it doesn't even matter if the generic version is less expensive. Nine times out of ten, your clientele is going to pick the package that looks the "best." Because of this, I tend to buy generic, but I've developed the skills to make your piece the one that others try to duplicate, and that others are going to actually buy.
