The ROSSMOR Lofts — St. Paul, Minnesota
web ready imaging, outdoor signage and price-guide booklet pages

This piece was a project I worked on while still in college at the Art Institutes International, Minnesota. A fellow classmate of mine who had finished school ahead of me, called and asked if I would be willing to help him as a production artist working on collateral for the opening of the ROSSMOR Lofts in St. Paul.

This was a great experience. I created web ready floor plans of each of the 129 lofts by converting architectural sku's into vector format. I also worked on laying out a few pages of sales collateral, and the "model open" signs that dotted the city during this building's grand opening.

The building, once a shoe and boot manufacture, is actually where I was working during the completion of this project. I would drive to work, park in the shadow of this great dilapidated building, and ride up in a large crate elevator — passing several disgruntled artists who were being forced from their studio spaces to create this "new" residential dwelling. It was just the beginning of what would be the condo and loft boom of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
